Poor service

I ordered a Doona infant car seat stroller which was advertised to come with a free rain cover and and essentials bag. It arrived without the rain cover or bag. I contacted kiddies kingdom who requested photographic evidence which I returned by email. I then telephoned as email had a slow response. I was assured they could see the fault and an incorrect box was sent and that the manager needed to be contacted to get products sent out. I was then assured this had happened and would be dispatched. I waited 4 working days and then contacted the company again as no delivery. Still not dispatched and rain cover not in stock. The manager was again required to be contacted for anything to be done who has said this will be sent but won't arrive for another 4 working days. The weather is inclement and stroller cannot be used without it. On asking for refund for the value of the apparent bag and rain cover advertised as being worth £85 (therefore I could purchase separately from another company) I was told the rain cover was £24 and bag £18. Exaggerated marketing !

Website was easy to use, kept me up to date with order information right up to delivery. Very happy with product.

Joie pushchair.

Ordered a Joie pushchair for our Granddaughter. The pram is excellent quality for the price paid and our Granddaughter loves it.Prompt service and delivery .

Maxi cosi pebble pro - WRONG COLOUR

I ordered a Maxi cosi pebble pro car seat in “Essential Grey” when it was delivered it was a baby blue colour. I called Kiddies Kingdom to explain that this is by far from what they show on there website. The customer service was disgusting I was told the colour is in the name “Essential Grey” and the photos are just for illustration purposes. For me to change this to another colour they will charge me £25 to collect it and change it. I then called up a second time as I was not satisfied and asked to speak to a manager. The manager “Adam” was rude and unhelpful and said the photos and description was down to Maxi Cosi. I would not recommend buying from them.

Was a simple process of buying to delivery. Also the best price we could find. Was also delivered sooner :-)

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY , still waiting on a refund and a return 5 weeks ago I reported it damaged within 10 mins of delivery Ignoring all my emails

Fab furniture only gave 4* because of delays

Easy to buy and fabulous silver cross furniture for our baby boy! Only downside was it said next day and it came over 2 weeks later due to the free mattress not being in stock but wouldn’t stop me from buying from them again. Thank you!

Good product. Poor/unsafe packaging

We have only used the carseat once and so far we are happy with this. There does not appear to be any damage to the car seat however I do not rate the packaging that the car seat was delivered in. It had a plastic cover, stored within a damp box without any padding and the tape around the box had lifted and was coming away. This could have easily been damaged during transit and delivery, thankfully it does not seem to be the case.

In general the product(car seat) I buy…

In general the product(car seat) I buy from the website is ok .But when is come it's look like was all ready sell to somebody (postage sticker was on the package ) ,and the box was cut on couple of places .So probably we something second hand ,and pay for the new .I don't have time to return because ,I need to carry my baby( no chance to wait another maybe a 2-3 weeks in returns)
